It was a very successful premiere for the first edition of the Ried Summer Festival, which took place for four days, from Wednesday to Saturday, on the main square. The OÖN accompanied the new format as a media partner. The weather gods were kind to the organizers of the Ried city marketing department. All of the program items were able to take place, and Ried was spared any major summer storms.
The lower main square, where many seating areas and several food stands were set up next to the large stage, was very well filled on all four evenings. On Saturday the program started at nine o’clock in the morning with the “Schnauferl and Veterans Meeting”.
