The deputy and member of candidate Andrés Ojeda’s security team launched a controversial initiative and warned of a “lack of police control.”

According to Zubía, arrest for “carrying a face” is the “first prejudice” and a “fundamental” action for police action. “Thank God it exists,” added the Colorado legislator.

“I am guided by prejudice,” the former prosecutor acknowledged, and argued that this type of police action would not mean “blaming anyone face to face,” but rather “having the perspective that there may be an illegal act.” Zubia went even further and said: “I’m using a natural selection criterion of who I’m going to intercept and who I’m not going to intercept.”.
In this regard, he agreed with some of the public safety measures proposed by Open Town Hall (AC), as well as the suggestion that the political force made to the Executive power to declare a security emergency for 120 days throughout the entire national territory.
