The national government made official two new access and permanence regulations applicable to the ANSES Accompany Program. Through Decree 755/2024, signed by President Javier Milei, Chief of Staff Guillermo Francos and Minister of Justice Mariano Cúneo Libarona, the sum of a Conditional accreditation for risk situations related to gender violencewhich previously did not require a complaint to prove it and now instead of receiving this aid for 6 months, it will only be for 3.

What is the ANSES Accompany Program?
The Acompañar Program is an initiative that aims to provide economic and social support to people in vulnerable situations, particularly those who are in a situation of gender violence.
This program offers a series of benefits and resources to help victims access a comprehensive support network, including financial assistance, legal guidance and support services to facilitate their recovery and autonomy process.
What are the requirements to access the Acompañar Program?
The requirements to access the Program are the following:
- Possess a conditional accreditation of a risk situation due to gender-based violence.
- National Identity Document (DNI)
- CBU, and bank account number (must match the CUIL number).
- Not being in other programs such as Potenciar Trabajo
Amount of the Accompany Program
The amount of the Program is set by Article No. 2 at the time the initiative was launched, which states that there are 3 non-refundable amounts equivalent to the minimum wage of $268,056.50 for the month of September and will be paid for 3 consecutive months, not 6 as was done previously.
