The first batch of sausages from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) was sent for export to Russia. This was announced on January 11 by the Ministry of Agroindustrial Policy and Food of the DPR.
“The pioneer was LLC“ Enakievskiy meat-packing plant ”. According to the company, 1.5 tons of domestically produced dry-cured sausages were exported, ”the ministry’s press service said.
It is specified that the sausage will be sold in the Rostov region.
On November 15, 2021, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the provision of humanitarian support to the population of certain areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The head of state also instructed the government of the Russian Federation to take a number of measures within a month that will soften the conditions for admitting goods from the DPR and LPR to the Russian markets. The decree specifies that we are talking, among other things, about the participation of such goods in public procurement on a par with Russian ones.
Since 2014, the Kiev authorities have been conducting a military operation against the residents of Donbass, who refused to recognize the results of the coup d’etat and the new government in Ukraine. At the same time, Kiev blames Moscow for the current situation. Russia has repeatedly stated that it is not a party to the internal Ukrainian conflict.
