Google introduced its new smartphone series a few weeks ago. In addition to the Pixel 9, there are two Pro models, the Pixel 9 Pro and a Pro XL version. These are equipped almost identically, although the XL model offers more display area (6.8 inches) than the other two devices (6.3 inches). The OÖNachrichten tested the Pixel 9 Pro XL.
Design: A lot has changed here compared to the previous models. The casing is much more angular and the corners are much more curved than before, which means that the Pixel now looks very similar to the iPhone. However, this does not apply to the back with the camera bar typical of Pixel smartphones. But there has also been a change to the distinctive camera module. This is now rounded and no longer extends across the entire back of the device.
