The Buenos Aires government launched a Free platform to learn English call “Bilingual City”. The program is 100% virtual and those enrolled will be able to take the course depending on their own study times at any time and place. Those who complete the course will be able to obtain a official final certificate issued by the Ministry of Education.
Depending on the type of profession, there are different levels. These are: Health, Security, Public Employment, Trade, Tourism and GastronomyThe Head of Government of CABA, Jorge Macri, said that incorporating English as a language allows people to function in different ways or levels.

How to register for “Bilingual City”
To register and obtain more information, interested parties can visit the program’s website at buenosaires.gob.ar/ciudadbilingue.
These are the 15 digital points and their schedules:
- Vocational Training Center No. 1 – Río Cuarto 1993, Barracas (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
- CFP No. 4 – Carhué 2970, Mataderos (Monday and Friday from 3 to 9 pm and Tuesday to Thursday from 6 to 9 pm)
- CFP No. 7 – Dragones 2201, Belgrano (Monday to Friday from 3 to 9 pm)
- CFP No. 10 (Fraga Annex) – Fraga 638, Chacarita (Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
