By incorporating this new validation, employers will only have to report, as stipulated by the Occupational Risk Law, the components exclusively derived from the contract, which are the percentage of the rate and the contractual fixed amount, if applicable.
The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) optimized the loading of data related to the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Companies (ART) that employers must complete by means of a sworn declaration. The organization led by Florencia Misrahi, automated the calculation of the fixed amount corresponding to the Trust Fund for Occupational Diseases (FFEP). The measure makes it easier for taxpayers and those responsible to comply with their obligations to the tax authorities.

By incorporating this new validation, employers will only have to report, as stipulated by the Occupational Risk Law, the components exclusively derived from the contract, which are the percentage of the rate and the contractual fixed amount, if applicable. In this way, the updating of employer data is simplified, by facilitating the preparation of the Affidavit of Social Security Obligations – F.931.
From now on, the fixed amount segment corresponding to the FFEP will be calculated by the application. The current amount will appear there in the sworn declaration to be generated, so the taxpayer will no longer have to upload it for each regulatory update.
The agency is currently reviewing the various records, receipts, obligations and information regimes implemented during previous administrations that could hinder the streamlining of processes, interfere with trade or increase costs.
