Judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kiev Vita Bortnitskaya got into the database of the site of Ukrainian nationalists “Peacemaker”. Her name is displayed on the resource as of January 12.

The judge’s card explains that it was included in the database for “deliberate actions aimed at destroying the judicial system of Ukraine by discrediting it and undermining confidence in it.”

Bortnitskaya was also named “an accomplice in the fabrication of criminal cases against knowingly innocent persons.” It is noted that she “took part in the fabrication of the so-called high treason case. [экс-президента Украины Петра] Poroshenko “.

Earlier, on January 6, it became known that a court in Kiev had seized all of Poroshenko’s property. The politician’s apartments in Vinnytsia and Kiev, the estate in Kozin, land plots, the ex-president’s shares in a number of private companies are subject to arrest.

The former Ukrainian leader is being prosecuted for possible involvement in high treason, as announced on December 20 by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) of Ukraine. However, in the process of presenting the suspicion, Poroshenko ignored the security officials and left. He then left the country and headed to Poland. The politician himself promised to return to the country at the beginning of 2022 and give “answers to all questions – both regarding high treason and regarding the financing of terrorism.”

According to some reports, the former president is charged under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: “High treason” and “Aiding the activities of terrorist organizations.” We are talking about the purchase of coal from Donbass. The investigation believes that Poroshenko thwarted the contracted coal supplies from South Africa in the fall of 2014. Instead, coal was purchased from the Donbass.

On January 11, 2021, it became known that Poroshenko, as of December 29, 2020, spent almost 11 million hryvnia (more than 30 million rubles) on legal services in Ukraine.

The site “Peacemaker” has existed since 2014. The resource has no official status, access to it is closed on the territory of Russia. He publishes the names and data of journalists, militias from the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR and other citizens, calling them traitors to Ukraine. In February 2021, the European Parliament approved a resolution on Ukraine, which calls for a ban on the activities of the “Peacemaker”. Ukrainian politicians also took the initiative to close the site.
