After this time you can rinse it well with plenty of water at room temperature and wash the clothes.

Clean mate stains with baking soda

Another classic way to clean difficult stains on clothes and also stains from yerba mate infusions is with baking soda.

You have to mix a teaspoon in a glass of plain water and add this mixture little by little to the stain. As a tool to help you, you can use a toothbrush that you no longer use to rub on the stain and speed up the process. Let it sit for a few minutes and send it to the washing machine.
