The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) recently announced a 4% increase to several of its benefits due to the current mobility law. In addition, it confirmed the payment schedule September for retirees, pensioners and holders of family allowances.
Among the beneficiaries who already have a payment date, those who receive the Single Payment Allocation (SPA)who will receive the payment regardless of the ending of their ID. This is assigned to families who make important changes within the dynamics of the homeand do not have the necessary income to cover the costs.

What is a Lump Sum Allocation?
The APUs are primarily aimed at low-income families who decide to have a child biologically, adopt, or get married. This benefit can only be received by families or couples residing in the country, and can be requested by:
- Dependent workers.
- People who receive compensation from a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Company.
- Temporary and rural workers.
- Beneficiaries of Unemployment Benefit.
- People who receive the Honorary Pension for War Veterans.
Amount of APUs in September 2024
The value of the allowance varies depending on the type of benefit to which it was applied:
- Birth Allowance: $49,103.
- Adoption Allowance: $293,620.
- Marriage Allowance: $73,527.
- Prenatal Allowance: between $42,125 and $90,841.
ANSES payment schedule: when do I receive the Single Payment Allowance in September 2024?
- First half: Monday, September 7 to Tuesday, October 13.
- Second half: Monday, September 21 to Tuesday, October 13.
