“Scenarios can be completely different. We saw what happened last year in this whole story with the “recruitment” of Russian citizens by Ukrainians and with their Belarusian transit somewhere abroad,” he said.
In addition, Ryabkov said that the Russian Federation warns Ukraine and the West in the strongest possible way if they have plans for a military solution to the Donbass problem.
On January 9, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that the Minsk agreements are “living water” for saving Ukraine.
