The pilot Franco Colapinto finished in eleventh position aboard a Williams in the first free practice that took place this Friday at the Marina Bay circuit within the framework of the Singapore Grand Prix which was led by the French Charles Leclerc with Ferrari.
Meanwhile, Lando Norris with McLaren he finished in second place, while the Spaniard Carlos Sainz with Ferrari he finished third and the Dutchman Max Verstappen He was fourth aboard Red Bull.

Moments later, Norris was the first to fit soft tyres and took advantage of them to achieve a lap of 1m32s165 that returned him to the top of the standings, while Sainz was one thousandth off Norris’ time, and Yuki Tsunoda surprised with 1m32s263 to be third, 0s098 behind.
Meanwhile, Verstappen was fourth and Colapinto was eighth with 1m32s618, 0s453 behind Norris and ahead of Lewis Hamilton, while, laps later, Norris would improve to 1m31s839 in his next attempt with the soft tyres and Leclerc stayed at 0s037 to move into second place before dropping to 1m31s763 to reach the top of the times for the first time in training and definitively.
Behind the top two, Sainz finished practice in third position, 0.189 seconds behind, while Verstappen was fourth, 0.334 seconds off the lead at the wheel of his Red Bull. Tsunoda finished fifth and Daniel Ricciardo was seventh, with Piastri between the two in sixth place, Albon finished in eighth place, ahead of Fernando Alonso, Esteban Ocon and Colapinto.
