The Non-contributory pensions (PNC) will receive a 4.2% increase corresponding to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the month of August provided by INDEC, within the inflation data. This benefit is intended for those who were unable to complete or start their pension and social security contributions during the productive stage due to some health complication or social situation.

ANSES Non-contributory Disability Pension: who can access it
The PNC for disability It is designed for people who, due to some disability, cannot work or complete their contributions. These are the requirements to apply:
- Finding themselves unable, due to their health condition and social vulnerability, to achieve full inclusion.
- Not receiving a retirement, pension, withdrawal or non-contributory benefit.
- Not being employed under an employment relationship, nor registered as self-employed or a micro-entrepreneur under the general regime (you can be a social micro-entrepreneur).
- Not having sufficient income or resources. If the applicant is of legal age, the income of the applicant’s family group will not be considered. Only the income of mothers, fathers or guardians will be evaluated in the case of applicants who are minors.
- Be a native Argentine, a naturalized Argentine, or a foreigner with 10 years of residence in the country. In the case of applicants who are minors, proof must be provided of a minimum continuous residence in the country of 3 years by their parents or guardians.
- Not being detained in a penitentiary establishment. Anyone who is at the disposal of the justice system outside the penitentiary establishment may apply for the pension.

- Wednesday, October 2: documents ending in 2 and 3.
- Thursday, October 3: documents ending in 4 and 5.
