Peaky Blinders has just added a new big name to the cast of its next film. The series created by Steven Knight confirmed that the renowned actor Tim Roth will be part of the movie Netflix.
It has been confirmed for a few weeks now that Barry Keoghan will be part of Knight’s film alongside Cillian Murphy and Rebecca Ferguson.
The upcoming film has been described as an “epic continuation of the multi-award-winning gangster saga.” It will be directed by Tom Harperwho directed several episodes of the first season of the television series.

“We’ve announced Rebecca Ferguson, we’ve announced Barry Keoghan, we’ve got more announcements coming up.”Knight said at the Royal Television Society Convention in London today (September 17). “It’s set in World War II and it’s really good”.
Keoghan recently spoke about his role in the upcoming film, saying he was “excited and nervous” to join the franchise.
He told Entertainment Weekly: “Yeah, yeah, yeah, I can’t wait for it to get here. [Soy un] big, big fan of the show, and Cillian [Murphy] He’s a good friend and I also admire him as an actor. So I just want to get into it and continue my process now“I have a process that I do and I haven’t done it for a long time, so I’m excited and nervous at the same time.”
Keoghan continued: “Just being on set, that feeling of being rusty again. Just shaking off all the cobwebs. I’ve been doing a lot of promotion and I’ve been relaxing, and I think people get scared when they find they have time off.
“I think sometimes the best thing is to grow as an actor and as a person, and I’ve had that time and now I’m looking forward to getting into it and doing something creative and methodical.”
