People who want to return to work after retirement must inform the pension agency.
On some occasions, there is a possibility that retired return to work for different reasons. For this situation, the Institute of Social Security (IPS) of the Province of Buenos Aires requests that you report within 30 days of returning to work.

Who must complete the process of re-entry to the activity in the IPS
This procedure must be carried out by all those people who are retired but have decided to return to work and must be carried out within 30 days of resuming work. In order to complete it, the following documentation must be presented:
- DNI front and back of the holder and his or her family group.
- Note where re-entry to the activity is expressed.
- Certificate from the employer detailing the date of re-entry.
- Relevant complementary documentation.
How to carry out the process of re-entry into activity in the IPS for retirees who return to work
To start the process, you must visit the official IPS website, and from there select the Re-entry to activity option. Then, you can choose the headquarters of the organization and you must detail the CUIL or CUIT of the retirement beneficiary who will request re-entry into the activity.
