Around three in the morning, a couple observed two young people collecting cigarette packs lying around. “You didn’t see us,” the boys are said to have said before fleeing in a white SUV.
The act happened in Lambach at Sand 1. The suspects may have placed a pyrotechnic object in the machine’s dispensing slot, causing the explosion. “Due to the force of the detonation, the machine was torn from the concrete anchorage.
