Within the workforce, salaries represented an increase of 9.1%, while subcontracts represented 4.2%.

September construction costs rose 4.9% from the previous month.

September construction costs accelerated sharply to 4.9% from the previous month. This result arises as a consequence of an increase of 8.2% in the “Manpower” chapter, within which registered salaries increased 9.1%, as reported by this Thursday, October 17, the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC).

Thus, during Septemberthe items that rose the most were: earth movement (+9.3%), masonry (+6.7%), structure (+5.6%), and elevators (+3.5%).

On the other hand, within 4.9%, three areas are broken down: materials (+1.7%), labour (+8.2%), and overheads (+5.8%). In turn, the interannual variation rose to 169.6%, and the accumulated variation is 72.7%.

Within the workforce, Salaries represented an advance of 9.1%, while subcontracts represented 4.2%.
