Eating consciously and healthily is the current trend. And it’s not that difficult to prepare meals that are healthy, balanced and nutritious, either. At least that is the experience of Petra Reingruber. The boss of the Reingruber inn – Kirchenwirt in Hellmonsödt – wants to prove that with “Petra’s healthy line”.
The landlady recently became a qualified nutrition trainer (she completed her training at the Vitalakademie Linz) and is now offering a collection of healthy foods made with regional, wholesome and organic plant-based ingredients and without household sugar. “This is how I get the best out of the diet for my guests,” Reingruber is convinced.
As an innkeeper and nutrition trainer, she not only wants to prepare healthy food, but also passes on her knowledge. This year she is planning cooking workshops and lectures with tastings as well as individual consultations on request. The workshops deal with topics such as baking bread, healthy desserts, a balanced breakfast or plant-based superfood.
In the Gasthaus Reingruber not only the menu has been supplemented with healthy delicacies. From now on, various healthy products such as organic mueslis, granola, grain crackers, power and energy balls, all of which are made from high-quality products, are available to take away.
