This is an initiative promoted by the first vice president of the Buenos Aires Senate, Luis Vivona, who expressed: “Special thanks go to Leo Nardini, for opening the doors of Malvinas Argentinas to proposals like this, and to the Secretary of Government and Institutional Monitoring, Lic. . María Luján Salgado, for her vision and effort in the organization. This meeting reflects the commitment to continue promoting local production of Buenos Aires wineconsolidating its growth both productively and culturally.”

He also stated that “they are working together with the producers in a second stage of the Law, so that the issues that have to do with taxation, with dissemination are taken into account and thus make this grow, not only in the province of Buenos Aires, but in our country and in the world.”

Meanwhile, Manuela Parra, president of the “Viñas y Bodegas Bonaerenses” Chamber, highlighted: “The visibility of our work is not a minor issue for those of us who produce wine in the province of Buenos Aires, so we are really very grateful to the municipality. of Malvinas Argentinas, which promotes the event and the work of Luis Vivona, since it is key for provincial viticulture that there be clear regulations and regulations for real development.”

Among those present were the Secretary of Government and Institutional Monitoring, Lic. María Lujan Salgado; the Secretary General, Noelia Correa.

In addition, researchers from the University of Quilmes, who presented three innovative winescreated from the fermentation of Buenos Aires bacteria in the Molecular Microbiology Laboratory (LMM) of said university; companies from the industrial sector of Malvinas Argentinas, sponsors of the meeting, which promoted the local production, industry and commerce; the Center of Winemakers of the Province of Buenos Aires, who promoted the training and professionalization of sommeliers; provincial authorities of the executive and judicial branches, as well as representatives of CACEIMA, representing the local Chamber of Commerce; students and graduates of the Sommelier and Cuisine courses at the district’s Municipal Study Center, who guided the tastings and prepared special pairings; gastronomic artists and artists who added a cultural touch to the event.
