It was announced via an Instagram post that the iconic Ultra Music Festival (UMF) of electronic music returns to the City of Buenos Aires. Its long-awaited 5th edition will take place on April 18 and 19, 2025 in the city park, and great artists are expected.
Buenos Aires once again joins the cities that host the festival such as Miami, Seoul, Tokyo, Mexico City and Rio de Janeiro. This is key for fans of electronic music in Argentina, since It attracts thousands of followers and the most important DJs in the world.

What’s so striking about this music festival?
Founded in 1999 in Miami, Ultra grew to become what it is today: a global phenomenon. This has expanded to more than twenty countries, and has formed a very loyal audience.
The first edition of this festival in Argentina occurred in 2012, on the Costanera Sur, and was a complete success. Then, their editions continued until 2015, which was the last time the festival was held in the city.
The public was left wanting more, waiting for the return of this event recognized for its incredible technological deployment, visual effects and high-level artists.
