Elimination of the Registry of Lawyers and Administrative Managers
The ANSES decided to eliminate the Registry of Lawyers and Administrative Managers in order to facilitate procedures pensions, removing “bureaucratic obstacles” so that everyone can choose how to carry out their procedures.
Mariano de los Heros, the head of ANSES, stated that the Registry of Lawyers was unnecessary: ”Freedom as the main objective and transparency as a value in the management of ANSES is what made us repeal this resolution that didn’t contribute anything and could reach complicate procedures or even make them more expensive for the beneficiaries”.
The entity also explained that neither lawyers nor managers are necessary to carry out procedures of the social organization, and if necessary, the lawyers of this registry have the power to intervene without the need for it to exist.

ANSES retirement amount in November 2024 and the bonus
The retirement amounts in November will be as follows:
- Minimum retirement: $252,871.78
- Maximum retirement: $1,701,587.68
Although until now nothing was confirmedit is expected that in the coming days the government will announce the new reinforcement bonus for retirees and pensioners who receive up to a minimum salary.
The extraordinary allocation will be credited in its entirety ($70,000) to those who, when adding their monthly assets, estimate a final income of $322,871.78.
