An exchange of ideas was carried out with Cartabia, who shared his experience in judicial management, placing special emphasis on the times and speed of justice, the need to use instruments such as digitalization or artificial intelligence in order to provide speed to the processes.


He stressed that “we are facing an opportunity to reduce justice times, make administrative activities more practical, search for precedents and the need to share common problems to try to learn how experiences can give interesting results on a global level.”
Borinsky emphasized the importance of the application of artificial intelligence in the judicial field, in addition to stating that deadlines can be shortened by considering various issues, not only the importance of having the appropriate procedural order; the certification of more abbreviated processes, such as through ISO 9000 standards that allow processes to be documented and systematically evaluated; issues related to training for system operators and the need to have the appropriate technological tools.
Finally, he highlighted the importance of strengthening ties and taking advantage of the opportunity to share experiences, exchange jurisprudence and organize joint training.
The judges of the Federal Cassation highlighted the importance of the implementation of the Federal Criminal Procedure Code in the different jurisdictions, which will result in the shortening of procedural deadlines and thanked Cartabia for his visit.
