A larger demo train started at Linz’s main square. Around 1 p.m., around 500 participants marched in the direction of the promenade in front of the Linz country house. There, the group grew by about 1,400 people. After numerous speeches in front of the country house, the demonstrators went via Theatergasse and Klosterstraße to the main square and from there via Schmidtorstraße and Landstraße out of town to the Herz-Jesu church. From there the group returned back to the main square where the meeting ended at 5:24 p.m.
During the entire demonstration, there were 28 ads, mostly for violations of the mask requirement. There were no arrests.
20 people took part in a subsequent smaller meeting at Linzer Bindermichl, which was directed against the intervention of the police, ten of whom were reported.
