For the month of November, the state organization ANSES together with the government of Javier Milei provided two excellent news, on the one hand there will be a 3.47% increase in all assets that depend on ANSES and this corresponds to the CPI of INDEEC and on the other hand, the monitoring of the extraordinary bonus of $70,000 to help the most vulnerable sectors.

ANSES Home Program
This program aims to provide a subsidy for the purchase of social bottles to homes that do not have access to the natural gas network and has become a key support for them. In addition, a retroactive payment was included to cover the pending months between December 2023 and April 2024, the period in which the benefit was suspended.
These are the requirements that must be met to be part of the Home Program:
- Not having requested the Social Gas Rate.
- That the family income does not exceed two Minimum, Living and Mobile Wages (SMVM) or, if you are a monotributist, not exceed category C.
- If one of the members is a person with a disability and has a current CUD, their monthly income must be less than three Minimum, Vital and Mobile Wages (SMVM) or, if they are monotributist, up to category D inclusive.
Amount of the ANSES Home Program in November 2024
For the month of November, the beneficiaries who receive the Home Program will access a total amount of $16,000. Although it has not yet been confirmed that this is the payment, it is believed that this will be the case. It is also important to consider that to enroll in the program you must follow a series of steps:
- Enter my ANSES with your CUIL and Social Security Code.
- Verify that your personal data and family relationships are up to date.
- Request the Social Rate for the Home Program
- In the menu, select Programs and Benefits > Request Social Rate. I chose the Home Program option and followed the steps.
- Once the request is completed, download the receipt. ANSES will contact you to inform you of the status of your procedure.
- Remember that you can also do this procedure, from your cell phone, through our mi ANSES app.
- If you live in a location with natural gas coverage, you will have to present at an ANSES office with a prior appointment, the certificate issued by the distributor certifying that you do not have a gas connection.
