The fact that the Linz VP mayoral candidate Martin Hajart is entering the election campaign as “Meister Proper” is due to the LIVA affair. Although without an earring, but with the same pose as the famous advertising figure for household cleaners, Hajart wants to advocate “for a clean urban policy”. And all in purple, a color that is created by merging red and blue and is intended to symbolize the “start of a new era” in the election campaign.

This promise attracted more than 400 guests to the Lentos Art Museum on Monday evening, including many black political celebrities such as State Governor Thomas Stelzer, State Managing Director Florian Hiegelsberger, the designated Economic Association General Secretary Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer, Hajart’s city government colleague Doris Lang-Mayerhofer and his predecessors at Linz VP leaders Reinhard Dyk, Erich Watzl and Bernhard Baier. The start of the election campaign was moderated by the actress and cabaret artist Angelika Niedetzky, who, as the new SOKO Linz commissioner, represents the core issue of security and caused laughter with swipes at former mayor Klaus Luger.
A “10 out of 10” in sports
Before Hajart began his combative speech, fans and companions expressed their support, either in the “talk” on stage or via video recording, such as Hajart’s former judo coach Günter Zinnöcker, who gave him a 10 out of 10 in terms of sportsmanship, Isidore Iwumadi from the Black Community, Barbara Penz from the Linz fashion store of the same name, Sandra Wöhrer, owner of the English Playschool, Water ski ace Nicola Kuhn and Niedetzky’s “colleague”, the deputy city police commander Michael Hubmann.
