The experts at Geosphere Austria (formerly ZAMG) have therefore issued a yellow storm warning for all of Upper Austria, which is valid from Wednesday 12 a.m. to Wednesday 6 p.m. The strongest gusts are to be expected as the front passes through in the night and early morning hours. According to the forecast, the stormy wind should retreat into the mountains during the day.
