The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) delivers scholarships for students every year, calls Progresar Scholarships. The government launched it with the aim of mitigating social and economic inequalities that make it difficult to exercise the right to education.
It is also important to keep in mind that the entity maintains the Social Rate of 55% of the value of the ticket on public transport for those who are holders of any ANSES allocation and who use the SUBE card.

Who can access the Progresar Scholarships
To access you must carry out a registration process. The forms must be completed on the official website of the program and, in the case of Mandatory Progress, complete the vocational and work orientation course.
Course access credentials are sent to the participants’ email. The format is asynchronousallowing it to complete from home and at flexible hours.
ANSES requirements to access the Progresar Scholarships
The requirements that students must meet To access the scholarship are the following:
- Be between 16 and 24 years old for Mandatory Progresar, between 17 and 24 years old or up to 30 years old in exceptional cases for Superior Progresar or between 18 and 24 years old for Work Progresar. The age limit is extended to 35 years for applicants with dependent children under 18 and single-parent heads.
- The income of the family group must not exceed three times the Minimum Living and Mobile Wage in force in Argentina.
- Regular attendance at an educational institution and compliance with the academic progress requested by each line of scholarship.

Amount of Progresar Scholarships in November 2024
In November the base is $35,000but payments are received on an adjusted basis depending on the percentage of the approved study plan. Those who have not exceeded 50% receive 80%, that is: $28,000.
Those who met this requirement will be able to access the full amount.
