The new film by the British-American director has a release date in 2026, and so far it is a mystery.
The actor Robert Pattinson will be part of the star cast of the director Christopher Nolan’s next filmwhich remains a secret under lock and key in the film industry.
As stated The Hollywood Reporterthe famous Batman actor will once again be directed by Nolan, after what was their collaboration in the film ”Tenet”. In this way, it joins Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong’o and Zendaya.
Furthermore, according to some sources, Damon, Holland, Hathaway and now Pattinson are the main protagonists of the film. Likewise, it is said that Nyong’o and Zendaya will have supporting roles.
What Christopher Nolan’s new movie is about
Nolan’s latest film includes even fewer plot or summary details than is typical for the highly secretive filmmaker. Various, even divergent, theoretical details about the project have been proposed (a period vampire thriller, a helicopter action thriller), but experts maintain that nothing has come close to Nolan’s actual idea.
The filmmaker is producing with his partner and wife Emma Thomas for his Syncopy label. Filming is planned for the first half of 2025.
The new film reunites Nolan with the studio that made his drama Oppenheimer and propelled him to win his first Oscars. He won Best Director and won Best Picture as producer of the film, which grossed a staggering $976 million worldwide.
