The Government of Javier Milei surprised all Argentines with the announcement of a new measure: the closure of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP). The reality is that the regulations of this administration did not cease to exist as such, but rather were dissolved to create the Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA).
In that sense, this new entity announced that in November there will be an investigation to verify compliance with the mandatory registration of domestic workers in Argentina. This must be done, regardless of whether the job is full time or for a few hours.

ARCA: what is the registration of domestic employees like now?
To complete this procedure, employers must provide key information such as the CUIL number, full name, date of birth and address of the worker. On the other hand, you must specify if you are retired, your social work and, if you are banked, the corresponding CBU.
Likewise, a characteristic of this registry is the correct categorization of employees according to the collective labor agreement for private homes, a classification through which the correct contribution is ensured according to the contributions, contributions and benefits that comply with current legal provisions.
