The ex-girlfriend of Jonathan Majors on Thursday dismissed a federal lawsuit against him, in which had accused the actor of assault and defamation.
The star of Marvel and Creed III He was found guilty in December 2023 of two misdemeanors for assaulting the woman, Grace Jabbariin the back seat of a truck. Earlier this year he was sentenced to attend therapy for domestic violence.
Jabbari sued him in March, alleging that he had defamed her by continuing to maintain, after the guilty verdict, that “I had never put [sus] hands on a woman in an interview with “Good Morning America.”
Attorneys for both sides filed a joint notice with the court Thursday, stating that “all claims against the defendant in the aforementioned action are dismissed without prejudice.”
The attorneys did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
