The day before runoff tightest of the last 30 years of the Uruguay closed this Saturday with the traditional delivery of ballots throughout the Montevideo Rambla, in a festive atmosphere for both the militants of the Wide Front (FA) like those of National Party (PN) and its coalition partners.
In the late afternoon, the two forces concentrated their activity at two points on the avenue that borders the Montevideo coast. The Frente Amplistas convened in the Rambla and Pagola, with inflatables to support your candidate Yamandu Orsi, handing out ballots and blue, red and white tricolor flags.

Just six blocks away, at the intersection with Brazil Avenue, The National Party set up its traditional party gazebo and around 6 p.m. the candidate arrived. Alvaro Delgado to greet their supporters and hand out tickets to drivers passing by the place.
At both points, the militants were exultant, dancing and waving their flags to the rhythm of the horns that the motorists played to show affinity.
Previously, the white presidential candidate was in Varela Square together with the coalition parties. The place chosen for the last demonstration of unity before the results of Sunday’s runoff was the same one used on the night of October 27 to seal support for his candidacy.

However, the coalitionist turnout was scarce. The former Colorado candidate Andres Ojeda was not present, as was Guido Manini Ríos. Yes they participated in the flag-waving, Robert Silva, Pedro Bordaberry, Jorge Gandini and Pablo Mieres of the Independent Party (PI).
