Florencia Tsuji, CEO of Verisure Argentina, analyzes the company’s success in a challenging context, reflects on technological advances in security and projects a 2025 with more growth and expansion in the country.

In a world where security has become a priority for homes and businesses, the monitored alarm sector continues to gain prominence. In this scenario, Verisureone of the leading electronic security companies globally, lmanaged to consolidate its presence in Argentina in just five years. The company, which combines technological innovation with a highly personalized service, protects more than 100,000 clients throughout the country and is committed to continuing to grow in a rapidly expanding market.

The truth is that despite the complex economic scenario, Verisure Argentina concludes an exceptional year. “2024 has been a year of great growth. We are expecting to close with a 60% increase compared to 2023, which fills us with pride, especially in a challenging country context. In addition, we celebrate our fifth anniversary since arriving in Argentina, where we already protect more than 100,000 clients in homes and businesses,” highlights Florencia Tsuji, CEO of the company.

According to the company, its success is based on a comprehensive strategy that combines technological innovation, marketing investment and a people-centered philosophy. “We are people who protect people, and we believe that security is a universal right. This, together with our focus on innovation, has allowed us to differentiate ourselves in a market that still has a lot of potential to develop,” says the CEO.

One of the biggest milestones this year was the implementation of Zerovision, a pioneering technology in Latin America that allows intervention before the security forces arrive. “This system generates zero visibility through completely harmless, non-toxic and safe smoke for people, pets and electronic devices. It has been a resounding success, as it allows us to expel intruders effectively, making a big difference in the market,” explains Tsuji.

Another differential of Verisure is its customer focus, which extends beyond the home with solutions such as Guardian Verisure. This service protects users during their daily trips, activating emergency protocols if necessary.. “We are proud to offer innovative solutions like this, as well as live demos so our customers can experience the service before purchasing,” Tsuji emphasizes.

In addition, Verisure is betting heavily on artificial intelligence (AI). According to the company leader, this tool is transforming the security sector by improving the ability to discern between real and fake events. “This not only increases our effectiveness, but optimizes the use of resources such as the intervention of security forces. AI is the future, and we are prepared to lead that change from our innovation centers in Sweden and Spain”, he adds.

Looking ahead to next year, Tsuji projects sustained growth and the arrival of new Argentine provinces. Currently, 74% of its portfolio is concentrated in homes and 26% in businesses, but the CEO sees great opportunities in both segments. “In homes, we work a lot with houses, although we also monitor apartments, and we complement our services with cameras that provide additional peace of mind, even to supervise pets.. In the business sector, we believe there is enormous growth potential,” he says.

The macroeconomic context also influences expectations for 2025 and that is why Tsuji highlights: “We expect a more stable year, with controlled inflation rates and a recovery in consumption. This generates confidence in consumers and reinforces our vision that security is not perceived as an expense, but as an investment in peace of mind for families and businesses.”
