However, he was unable to avoid the final decision because the Commercial Court No. 14, presided over by the National Judge Pablo Frickdeclared the dissolution and forced liquidation of the company, “attentive to the silence maintained by the insurer in response to the notification that was sent to him on 10/30/2024, and having expired the deadline granted for the purpose of refuting the state of cessation of payments that was imposed on him.” The magistrate said in the ruling that meets the requirements to file for bankruptcy.
