What is the AUH Notebook
The AUH Notebook is a document that guarantees school attendancecompliance with mandatory vaccination schedule and the health checks of all children and adolescents who receive the allowance.
Holders must update information every year on the health and education checks of the child or person in their care. The presentation of this procedure can be virtual or in person and is mandatory. How to process the AUH Book to collect the 20% withheld
This procedure can be carried out digitally through the ANSES system. Remember that the only valid form is that the one that is generated by that platform.
These are the steps to generate and complete it:
- Enter my ANSES. For this, you have to have your CUIL and Social Security Code. You can also use the app “my ANSES”.
- Check the information of the Notebook in the Children > AUH Notebook section. Review the sections that need to be completed (education, vaccination and health).
- Generate the Notebook. In case you miss completing any section, select GENERATE NOTEBOOK to download it or send it to your email.
- I printed the AUH Notebook: on a single sheet and with good printing quality.
- make complete the Notebook. Take it to the school and/or health center (as applicable) to have it completed and signed.
- I uploaded a photo of the complete and signed Notebook.
- Enter my ANSES to finish the presentation: Select the option Children > AUH Notebook and follow the instructions to upload it and finish the process.
It can also occur without prior shift at the ANSES service offices.
