In its two editions carried out in 2023 and 2024, the initiative benefited 42 young people from 12 locations.

Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses closed the year celebrating the graduation of 21 young participants of the second edition of its program “TruckCionar Future”developed in conjunction with the Pescar Foundation.

In its two editions carried out in 2023 and 2024, the initiative benefited 42 young people from 12 locations. With the participation of 9 dealers and the support of 41 Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses volunteers as instructors, the program offered a combination of technical and hands-on dealer training.

The results of the first cycle reflect the success of the program, with 86% of them entering the workforce, and 20% of the participants resuming and completing their secondary studies thanks to the promotion of the program.

In this second edition, “TruckCionar Futuro” expanded its reach, adding new locations in the interior of the country thanks to its extensive network of dealerships and the involvement of collaborators who contribute with their knowledge in areas such as sales, after-sales, marketing, logistics, vehicle safety and sustainability. In this aspect, the development of the curriculum led by its Training Center located in Tortuguitas is key.

During the graduation event, held in a virtual and in-person format, authorities from Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Buses, representatives of the Pescar Foundation, allied dealers, family members and the graduates themselves were present. The meeting was an opportunity to highlight the effort and dedication of the young people throughout the program.

Programs like TruckCionar Futuro not only prepare young people for the world of work, but also give them the tools to be agents of change in their lives and their communities.”

This second edition had the participation of dealers in new cities such as Tucumán with Rolcar SA, Rosario with Truckstore SA, Neuquén with Taraborelli SA, Mendoza with Yacopini SA and Córdoba with Colcar SA.
