The agreement signed within the framework of the Collective Labor Agreement (CCT) 130/75 establishes:
- A non-remunerative increase of 5%, applied in two sections:
- 2.5% in November 2024 (received with December salaries).
- 2.5% in December 2024 (received with January 2025 salaries).
Review in 2025: The parties agreed to meet next January to evaluate possible adjustments to economic fluctuations.
