According to City data, the highest blood alcohol content of a driver was 1.94 g/l, which will lead to the highest possible penalty for cases of positive tests.

Compared to last December 24 and 25, the number of licenses retained decreased since previously 64 licenses were retained for a minimum of 2 months and, in addition, seven people were treated in the different public hospitals of the City.
