Due to truck recovery: B38 had to be closed near Sandl

A 28-year-old from Mühlviertel lost control of his articulated vehicle on Wednesday morning in the municipality of Sandl (Freistadt district): In slush, the heavy vehicle left the B38, damaged two road marker posts and slipped into the ditch. The federal highway in the area of ​​the accident site had to be closed for the duration of the rescue work, which was carried out by a forestry vehicle and took around 45 minutes. A diversion was set up, the police announced in the evening.
