The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) is the body responsible for providing the necessary mechanisms so that all citizens have access to the benefits and services that correspond to you according to the law in force throughout Argentine territory. Increase in ANSES benefits in January 2025
ANSES social benefits increased by 2.43% in this first month of the year. The increase corresponds to the inflation data for the month of November analyzed by the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INDEC).
Since March of last year, the mobility formulaand consequently the increase in assets, is governed by the Decree 274/24. Which takes as reference the Consumer Price Index (CPI) two months ago and proposes an increase in benefits and social benefits proportional to this data.
Thus, the updated amounts to collect family allowances in January 2025 are:
- Universal Child Allowance: $76,438.
- Universal Allowance for a Child with a Disability: $248,826.
- Pregnancy Allowance: $76,413.
While, with the increase of 2.43% plus the extra bonus of $70,000, the January salaries of the retirees and pensioners they look like this:
- Minimum retirement: $335,907.01.
- Maximum retirement: $1,789,302.45.
- Universal Pension for the Elderly (PUAM): $282,725.61.
- Non-Contributory Old Age Pension: $256,134.91.
- Non-Contributory Disability Pension: $256,134.91.
- Non-Contributory Pension for Mothers of 7 children: $335,907.01.
