A simulator for practicing a joint jump of two paratroopers was created in the Russian Federation

The Tactical Missiles Corporation (KTRV) has created a simulator for practicing a joint jump of two paratroopers. This was stated by Vadim Khromov, Deputy General Director of KTRV for Corporate Construction and Investments, on Monday, January 31.

A new version of the Parachutist simulator is planned to be delivered to military schools of the Russian Defense Ministry.

“There is a version of the complex that allows you to simulate a joint jump for several paratroopers. The pilot simulator for two paratroopers is made and stands by the manufacturer JSC “Northern Press” in St. Petersburg. At present, the issue of the start of deliveries of the simulator to the military schools of the country is under agreement,” Khromov told TASS in an interview on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the corporation.

Also, together with the Ministry of Defense, a project is already being implemented for the supply of a Parachutist simulator for single jumps to patriotic camps.

“You can ride, for example, in the Patriot park in the Moscow region,” said Vadim Khromov.

On October 15, the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, ordered to provide all landing educational institutions of the system of the Russian Ministry of Defense with interactive virtual landing simulators by the end of the year. The order was announced during a visit to the Omsk Cadet Military Corps, where a unique interactive airborne training complex was created.
