How to activate the function to avoid being added to unwanted groups
In that sense, the messaging app added a tool to be able to decide who can add us to a group. This setting is available on both mobile devices and the web.
To activate it, you just have to go to Settingsthen to Privacy and finally select Groups. Once there, you can select between three options: allow anyone to add you, restrict it to just your contacts, or even exclude specific contacts who won’t be able to add you.
