Steyr is celebrating its most successful year in tourism

The year 2024 was the most successful year in Steyr’s tourism history. Last year, 136,373 overnight stays and 72,641 arrivals were counted for the first time.

The absolute record month was July. There were a total of 14,769 overnight stays in Steyr. The positive increase in guest arrivals, which was already in 2023, was increased again in the past tourism year: in 2024, the city recorded a further increase of 26.7 percent in visitors. The average length of stay was 1.87 days.

Demand is also high this year
