Raml criticizes the lack of crosses in Linz schools

Cross at school
Michael Raml knows of at least five classes in which crosses are missing or have been missing.
Dietmar Prammer wants to take care of the missing crosses.

“In elementary schools, middle schools, special schools, polytechnic schools and vocational schools, a cross must be placed in all classrooms by the statutory school provider.” This is what it says in the Upper Austrian Compulsory School Organization Act of 1992 under Section 55, Paragraph 4. The school provider, i.e. the respective municipality, is responsible for this .

“Not the case in all schools”

However, criticizes city councilor Michael Raml (FP), this is not the case in all schools in Linz. He received pictures showing classes in which the cross was missing. This was noticed during the first round of the Linz mayoral election, which also took place in public schools on January 12th. Students also pointed out the lack of the cross.
