“Fire on an agricultural property” was the alert keyword for the comrades from the Neukirchen and Mitternberg volunteer fire departments on Tuesday at 7:20 p.m. A fire broke out in the outbuilding of a farm for an unknown reason. The fire in the hall was extinguished by two respiratory protection teams.
The roof and firewood storage behind the building were saved from major damage thanks to rapid intervention, but several machines and a tractor fell victim to the flames. The amount of material damage could not be quantified for the time being.
