Steyr Regional Court has a new Vice President

At the Steyr Regional Court, the positions have now finally been reassigned. After the 52-year-old Steyrer Christoph Mayer was confirmed as the new President of the Steyr Regional Court at the turn of the year and thus succeeded Erich Dietachmair, who moved to the Linz Higher Regional Court (OLG) as President, Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen also gave the position Mayer’s successor plan as vice president and media spokesman.

Since yesterday, the 45-year-old Christina Forstner, who was born in Enns, has been the new Vice President and media spokeswoman for the Steyr Regional Court. Forstner completed her training in Steyr, began her judicial career in 2001 as a judge at the Vienna Regional Court for Criminal Matters and moved to the Steyr Regional Court in 2011, where she initially worked as an ASG judge and since 2014 as a criminal judge. In addition, Forstner is also involved as a lecturer and examiner.
