It is Wednesday morning, the volleyball players of the UVC McDonald’s Ried, under the direction of coach Jiri Siller, prepare for the top game on Saturday evening (6 p.m.) against Hypo Tyrol. Siller speaks German and English, the breaks are short. Today the training is divided into two groups. The Czech coach, who already had numerous top teams in Austria, does not want to leave it. Siller, 62 years old, is considered a perfectionist, who always motivates and drives the players in training. If you don’t go along, you have a problem.
