For Steyrtaler Bergdoctor, dogs are still sought as “actors”

In April or May, filming about the history of the doctor and home poet Bader Moser is to begin. However, production manager Franz Limberger and his Kremstal film circle still have some hurdles to overcome. Stumbling blocks are currently still two special actors, and the financing must first be secured.

The film team is already on the right track in its search for actors for the project. With three castings in Molln, Klaus and Kirchdorf, more than fifty talented people took the chance to imagine, reports Limberger: “Not only were the applicants many enthusiastic amateur actors, but also several experienced professionals.”

The decision as to who will take on which role or who can participate behind the camera is now with a jury of experts. This will announce your final selection at the end of February, until then interested parties can report who want to participate.
