Almost 300 victims listed the indictment, their average age was eleven years. The shattering scope of the process by a hundred -term abuse against a surgeon in France can be felt at the prelude in the courtroom when a young man steps on the microphone. “I remember the deeds in the wake room and how I panicked for my father,” said the man with a long beard in a clear voice.
According to the indictment, the abuse of him was in 1995, as a small child he was the doctor’s patient at the time, whom the ever -penis had just led to the dock. For decades, the surgeon is said to have misused young patients in western France – often during anesthesia – and led it meticulously diary. Due to rape and sexual abuse of 299 mostly underage and unconscious patients, the 74-year-old is on trial in Vannes in Western French.
Designed confesses many deeds
Between 1989 and 2014 he is said to have misused a total of 158 patients and 141 patients. The public prosecutor saw 15 other cases as time -barred. The accused stood many of the acts accused of him.
