Ssangyong is a traditional Korean car manufacturer, translated the name for “twin dragon”. The history of the brand founded in 1954 is turbulent, there were always financial problems, takeovers and change of ownership.
Current owner is the “KG Consortium”, a Korean steel and chemical group. At the same time, the Ssangyong brand was renamed KG Mobility or KGM. The first new model under the KGM logo is the SUV Actyon. This artword combines the terms “action” and “Young”.
The KGM actyon is driven by a 1.5-liter turbo gasoline engine with 120 kW (163 hp) and a maximum torque of 280 Newton meters (1500 to 4000 rpm), the power transmission takes over a six-speed automatic from the manufacturer Aisin.
