The expansion of the IT smithy Dynatrace is fully on schedule at the founding location Linz. Today the company celebrates the same roof. “The shell is completed, the facade is growing and the interior is running at full speed,” says Ninteufel Managing Director Peter Riegler on a tour of the construction site.

For the sole tenant Dynatrace, the company is building a seven -story extension to the existing company building on Petzoldstrasse right next to the Mühlkreutobahn. The structural completion is planned for the end of the year, then the interior starts. The extension should seamlessly connect to the inventory, according to Riegler, this was one of the major challenges in addition to the logistics of an inner -city major construction site.
